What are the check-in and check-out times?
Reception is from 5pm to 7pm.
Please let us know if you are going to arrive late.
Where can I park my car?
Parking is available at the entrance to the estate.
Are pets allowed on the property?
For reasons of hygiene and safety, pets are not permitted.
Dogs for the blind are permitted.
Is bed linen and towels provided ?
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes for young and old are provided.
Is the accommodation heated?
All our accommodation is heated with pellet stoves.
Can I bring my children?
For safety reasons, our accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is permitted on the terrace, subject to safety regulations, but not in the cabins.
Do I need to book breakfast?
Breakfast is included with your overnight stay. A variety of homemade products (croissants, chocolatines, orange juice, ......) are available to get the day off to a good start.
What drinks are available with the menus?
We offer wines from local producers.
We also have beer and fruit juices made in our region.

Is it possible to dine in the lodges ?
To complete your stay, we can prepare a meal for you to enjoy in the privacy of your lodge.

Only credit cards are accepted for bookings. On-site payment of supplements may be made by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Will I be asked for a deposit on arrival ?
You will be asked to pay a deposit of €300 by bank transfer.
Can I use the spa all year round ?
The spa can be used all year round on the private terrace of each accommodation.
Is the spa heated?
The spa temperature is adjustable, with a recommended maximum of 39°.
Should I take a shower before using the spa ?
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend that you take a shower before using the spa.
What are the recommendations for using the spa?
- Do not exceed a temperature of 39° to avoid the risk of hyperthermia
- Quench your thirst regularly with non-alcoholic drinks
- Limit each session to a maximum of 30 minutes
These rules are more restrictive for children, pregnant women and those with heart, kidney, blood or blood pressure problems. Find out more!
